Personalised Fillable Large Wooden Easter Egg (Raw) / Hollow Egg

A large hollow wooden egg engraved with a name in a beautiful scripted font. Perfect for an Easter craft, paint your own project or egg hunts. Choose to have a large egg only or to have a little egg included too! If you choose to have a little egg too, note this will be plain with no engraving.

Each large egg measures approximately 12cm in height and opens at the centre to create a fillable egg. The inner diameter is 6cm, perfect to hide surprise or choose to add one of our little hollow eggs painted to match. 

Names will be engraved as the first letter capitalised and the remaining lowercase regardless of how entered.

Ideal for Easter baskets and for filling with small Easter treats to use year after year.

16 x Lindt hen eggs (full 90g bag)

Eggs are hand-turned from solid beech wood. As the egg is left in its raw state, wood grains / knots will be visible. Beech wood is a beautifully grained wood and each is unique so wood patterns/lines will not be considered a fault.

Our large eggs will stayed closed when in the upright position and standing on their flat surface. If they are laid on their sides, they may open due to the weight of the solid beech wood we use. Our large eggs are designed to be easily opened and so don’t require a twist to open but will open with a lifting motion instead. Due to the nature of wood and environmental factors (such as temperature), some eggs may open easier than others. Tops and bottom are not interchangeable, please keep your eggs together as a pair.


Each large egg comes in an organic cotton net bag for safe keeping. All props are for photography purposes only.

Age recommendation from 3 years.

Some children may require assistance opening the eggs. Eggs have been lab tested to EN71-1-2-3 standards and finished with EN71-3 safe sealants. Adult supervision is required. Eggs weigh approximately 150g each.
